BACKORDERED ITEMS
Backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available at no extra cost. Backordered items will be shipped via the same delivery method selected for the original order.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons.

Some reasons are:
Item(s) not available.
Difficulty in processing payment information.
Cannot ship to address provided?
Duplicate order was placed.
Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an Email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. We currently only ship to Canadian locations:

Return and Exchange:
All sales are final.  LASplash Cosmetics will replace any item that was shipped incorrectly due to our error. 
 
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of Canada 
 
ORDER PROCESSING, DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CHARGES
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING:
Standard Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
Arrives within 5-7 business days.

2ND Day:
2nd Day orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 11:00 am Eastern Time and Orders received after 11:00 am Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day.

Overnight:
Overnight orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 11:00 am Eastern Time . Orders received after 11:00 am Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day.
